About Eric
I have worked in Real Estate for over two decades. While I was a top-producing broker, my passion is helping other brokers achieve excellence while building and performing their real estate practice. I also have over 4 decades of contract immersion, not as a lawyer, but in roles in which interpretation and strategic use of contracts has been critical to not only my success, but that of my employers and employees. I have been a Director of Education at multiple real estate firms, and a trainer with a renowned national real estate sales organization. I have written new broker training that is still in use by other well-known real estate firms, including, of course, Skyline Properties. Beyond that, when not working, and sometimes even when working, I have a passion for nature, animals, music, culture and sports, so you can understand why I love living in the PNW.
